Introduction to the Format
The company encourages all individuals with knowledge of the following fraudulent activities to report them or provide credible evidence:
1. Employees accepting bribes (such as gifts, cash gifts, kickbacks, handling fees, non‑registered shares, travel, high‑end entertainment, etc.) or other benefits (such as loans or borrowed items), as well as engaging in theft, embezzlement, misappropriation of company assets, fraud, disclosure of company secrets, abuse of authority to engage in improper related-party transactions, or exploiting their position for personal gain—any such misconduct.
2. Any acts of bribery, theft, misappropriation, fraud, or infringement of trade secrets committed by suppliers or external entities, which constitute violations of laws and regulations or breaches of the integrity agreement.

REPORTING REWARDS
Reward Introduction
I. For reported information or submitted evidence that can be directly admitted by the judicial authorities and results in the case being classified as a criminal matter, rewards shall be granted according to the following criteria:
1. For cases involving bribery by non-state personnel, a reward of no less than RMB 30,000 shall be granted.
2. For other types of criminal cases involving embezzlement, theft, misappropriation of funds, and the like, a reward of no less than RMB 10,000 shall be granted.
II. For whistleblowers who provide truthful information or evidence that can be directly acted upon and who help the company recover direct economic losses (based on the actual amount received by the company or the amount certified by the finance department), rewards shall be granted according to the following criteria:
1. For recovering economic losses of RMB 100,000 or less (inclusive), a reward of RMB 1,000 shall be granted;
2. For cases in which economic losses are recovered in the amount of RMB 100,000 to RMB 500,000 (inclusive), a reward of RMB 1,000 to RMB 5,000 shall be granted.
3. For cases where economic losses are recovered in the amount of RMB 500,000 to RMB 2,000,000 (inclusive), a reward of RMB 5,000 to RMB 20,000 shall be granted.
4. For cases in which economic losses are recovered in the amount of RMB 2 million to RMB 8 million (inclusive), a reward of RMB 20,000 to RMB 80,000 shall be granted.
5. For cases in which economic losses of RMB 8 million or more are recovered, a reward of RMB 100,000 shall be granted.
III. The aforementioned awards may be cumulatively applied upon approval by the Chairman.
IV. The aforementioned reward provisions shall also apply to reports submitted by partner entities or to cases where they provide direct and credible evidence.
