Warning and Information Introduction
1. It is best to purchase ethylene oxide gas as needed and avoid long-term storage to prevent polymerization. If short-term storage is unavoidable, ensure adequate ventilation, keep the material away from ignition sources and heat, and protect it from direct sunlight.
2. When the sterilizer is not in use during winter, be sure to drain all residual water from the jacket and the pump to prevent freezing damage.
3. Perform regular equipment maintenance and servicing to ensure reliable performance.
4. Regularly inspect the mounting bolts of the magnetically coupled fan for looseness and check for any abnormal noises during operation; verify that the fan blades are neither deformed nor loose; and ensure that all monitoring sensors are functioning properly.
5. If the fan has been stored for an extended period or left idle for more than six months after operating for a while, disconnect the ductwork and manually rotate the impeller to verify smooth operation. Otherwise, replace the bearing grease or bearings before the fan can be started normally.
6. When in contact with toxic or hazardous gases or liquids, appropriate protective equipment must be worn to prevent skin exposure.
7. When diluting acid, the acid should be added to water; under no circumstances should water be poured into acid.
